Biography
Grant Nuttall is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. He provides advice and representation to employers and management on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues. Grant’s practice is advocacy-focused and includes collective bargaining, labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, wrongful dismissal, human rights and accommodation, and employment standards. He works across the public and private sectors with a focus on the broader public sector.
Grant graduated from the J.D./Master of Industrial Relations program at Queen’s University. Before attending Queen’s, he was awarded the Gold Medal from his Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (Honours Specialization – Human Resource Management) program at Western University. He uses his experience from industrial relations and human resources management to provide practical and strategic advice to support organizational operations in the modern workplace.
