Lucy Wu

Lucy is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She provides advice and representation to employers in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of labour, employment and  human rights issues. This includes grievance arbitrations, human rights and accommodation, employment standards and workers’ compensation.

Lucy obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law. While studying at Western, she was a Program Director of the Sport Solution Clinic and advocated on behalf of athletes before the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada Tribunal.

Prior to law school, Lucy earned an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, majoring in forensic science and biology. Lucy summered and articled at the firm before returning in 2020 as an associate.

Lucy is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
