Rebecca Liu is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She represents employers in grievance arbitrations, human rights complaints, wrongful dismissal claims, employment standards complaints and employment contract disputes.
Rebecca regularly appears before labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Federal Court. She also reviews and revises clients’ internal policies, handbooks and workplace contracts and provides practical and strategic advice on a wide range of labour and employment issues.
