  • Biography

Victoria is a labour, employment and privacy lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She provides advice and representation to employers in both the private and public sectors on a range of labour, employment and human rights issues including wrongful dismissal actions, employment standards, labour disputes and grievance arbitrations. In addition, Victoria frequently assists with information and privacy issues, and has acted as counsel in privacy litigation matters.

Victoria obtained her Juris Doctor from Western University, Faculty of Law. While studying at Western, Victoria participated in a number of advocacy competitions and worked as a research assistant in the fields of labour law and human rights law.

Prior to law school, Victoria earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, Trinity College where she specialized in English and minored in political science. She then earned a Master of Arts Degree in English from York University where she wrote a thesis on eighteenth-century political satire.

Victoria articled with the firm before returning in 2021 as an associate.
