OMHRA’s spring workshop is a fantastic opportunity to connect with municipal experts and colleagues to explore issues affecting municipalities. The theme for this year’s workshop is “Resilient Workplaces: Navigating Incivility with Courage and Collaboration.”
Stephanie Jeronimo and Nassima Kaddoura will lead a focused labour law update grounded in the realities of Ontario municipal workplaces. The session will examine recent legal developments and emerging issues through a municipal HR lens, with particular attention to the factors shaping people management and workplace culture, including increasing incivility. Stephanie and Nassima will also explore how these issues intersect across all areas of human resources law. Attendees will gain practical strategies to strengthen respectful workplace practices and stay ahead of emerging trends affecting the municipal sector.
