This educational workshop will feature two informative sessions about the link between economic downturn and executive risk liability. The sessions will be followed by a cocktail reception where attendees can network and connect.
In the second session of the afternoon, Shivani Chopra—along with a panel of other experts—will discuss the impact of a recession on executive risk liability claims activity with a special focus on employment practices liability. This session will include lessons learned as well as tips and tricks from the experts.
