Evan Howard

Evan Howard is a lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Pensions, Benefits & Compensation practice. He advises employers and plan administrators on pension and benefits issues with a focus on delivering advice that is legally sound, strategic, practical and business-focused.

Evan returns to private practice with experience from both sides of the table, having advised employers and administrators as external counsel and having held senior executive roles with significant operational responsibility within a major pension organization. This perspective informs his approach to helping clients navigate matters where pension and benefits issues intersect with HR strategy, governance, communications, regulatory expectations, stakeholder management and implementation.

He is especially pleased to join Hicks Morley’s outstanding team, working collaboratively with employers, advising on pensions, benefits and compensation matters within the broader context of workplace advocacy and positive business outcomes.
