Successfully renegotiated the collective agreement for full-time support staff across the 24 public colleges throughout Ontario, which covers approximately 12,000 employees.

Successfully renegotiated a collective agreement for Halton Regional Police and its uniform and civilian groups.

Acted as chief negotiator and strategic advisor in the renegotiation of seven provincial collective agreements into a single national framework for a multi-national courier company. Has continued to advise and negotiate on behalf of that multinational organization for all collective bargaining needs since 2012.

Acted as chief negotiator for several large public libraries throughout Ontario throughout successive renewal agreements.

Regularly advises a large school board in labour matters, many of which involve serial grievors who have a tendency of commencing litigation in several forums at once.

Successfully represented multi-national manufacturing employers in a variety of situations involving wrongful competition and solicitation.

Provided strategic advice to a media company in order to successfully resist union certification.

Renegotiated and drafted executive employment agreements for financial institutions.

Advised a telecommunications company on the people issues associated with the purchase and sale of businesses.

Guided several major financial institutions through extensive restructurings and mass terminations.

Successfully represented numerous federally regulated employers in unjust dismissal complaints under the Canada Labour Code.

Represented a U.S.-based logistics company in grievance arbitrations involving multiple terminations for drug use.

Successfully represented an aerospace manufacturer in a number of discharge cases.

Represented a healthcare services provider at the Human Rights Tribunal regarding claims of discrimination and harassment.
