Alia Rashid

Alia Rashid is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour disputes, occupational health and safety, human rights and accommodation and employment standards.

Alia received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. Before attending law school, Alia received a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours, Dean’s List) from the University of Waterloo. Alia summered and articled with the firm before returning as an associate in 2020.
