Andrew J. Movrin

Andrew Movrin is a labour, employment and privacy lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. His practice emphasizes the defence of unionized and non-unionized employers in both the public and private sectors before courts, arbitrators and tribunals. Andrew’s practice covers a wide variety of labour, employment, human rights and privacy issues.

In addition to his growing labour and employment law practice, Andrew is an active member of the firm’s Information, Data Security and Privacy Practice Group. He frequently advises employers on their obligations under applicable privacy legislation and regulations with regard to privacy-related issues and he regularly advocates before privacy regulators, bodies and tribunals.
