Andrew Movrin is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. He provides strategic advice and representation to employers in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues including grievance arbitrations, labour disputes, human rights and accommodation, employment standards and wrongful dismissal actions.
Andrew received his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. While studying at Queen’s, Andrew worked as a student caseworker at the Queen’s Family Law Clinic, where he assisted self-represented litigants prepare their documentation and navigate family court processes. Before attending law school, Andrew graduated “With Distinction” Honours from his Bachelor of Arts (Honors Specialization – Political Science) program at Western University. Andrew summered and articled with the firm before returning as an associate in 2020.
