Shivani has spent a decade in courts tenaciously representing clients on labour and employment matters. Her approach has always been to fiercely advocate for her clients but take a cost-effective and collaborative approach when in their best interest.
Scott is regularly involved in advising employers on matters arising with both unionized and non-unionized employees, including labour board proceedings, collective agreement and employment disputes, occupational health and safety issues, human rights complaints and other legal issues arising in the employment context.
Charles has over 30 years of experience advising private and public sector employers on a broad range of employment and labour matters, including restructuring, closures, terminations, collective agreement negotiation/administration, strike and injunction preparation, human rights and social service matters.
Jodi represents employers in grievance and interest arbitrations, workers’ compensation claims and revenue appeals and wrongful dismissal litigation. She also advises employers on various issues including human rights and accommodation, employment standards compliance and workplace privacy.
