Shivani’s is regularly engaged by insurers to defend claims covered by Employment Practice Liability Insurance (EPLI). In addition to this, her expertise includes defending private-sector employers and financial institutions in a range of employment litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, short- and long-term disability benefits, constructive dismissal and wrongful dismissal claims.

Sunny J. Khaira

In his broad practice, Sunny has successfully represented clients in judicial review applications, wrongful dismissal claims and human rights applications. Sunny has an impressive record in both the private and public sectors. He is regularly successful obtaining dismissals or resolutions of numerous labour arbitration grievances, various proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and many wrongful dismissal cases before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Nadine S. Zacks

Nadine is the chair of the firm’s Occupational Health and Safety Practice Group and regularly assists clients with responding to and defending orders and charges under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
