Biography
Will Stevens is a recent graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Faculty of Law. Prior to attending law school, he graduated with honors from Queen’s University, majoring in Politics. During his undergraduate degree, Will completed the Certificate in Business from the Smith School of Business, where he received multiple awards for his achievements in marketing and case analysis. Will is returning as an articling student after spending his 2L summer with Hicks Morley.
During his time at Western, Will participated in numerous advocacy competitions, including the Fanaki Competition Law Moot, the Lerners Cup, and was the winner of the 2023 Hicks Morley Moot. Will’s passion for labour law developed through a number of formative experiences. During his 1L summer, Will worked at the SASLAW Pro Bono NPC, a labour law clinic in South Africa. In this capacity, he handled both management- and employee- side cases while working in legal clinics and law firms across South Africa.
In his spare time, Will enjoys going on canoe trips, travelling the world and cheering for his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs.
