Learn the key takeaways from case law and best practices for investigating workplace incidents in healthcare. You will leave with an overview of the issues that can arise when conducting investigations and how to appropriately deal with employee discipline and termination issues. The second part of the session will deal with privacy considerations and the latest information on workplace privacy compliance.
