Join Tatiana Lazdins as she discusses new and emerging types of data as well as the technology available to help locate and analyze digital evidence. This virtual program will examine some of the issues that commonly arise for labour and employment lawyers in collecting, preserving and relying on digital evidence including proportionality, discovery planning, litigation holds, personal devices, social media and collaboration data.
