Daniel Fogel Appointed Chair of Hicks Morley’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee
We are pleased to announce that Daniel Fogel has accepted the position of Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee (DEIC). Daniel was previously an active and engaged member of the DEIC, dedicated to helping foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace for everyone. The Executive Committee is looking forward to working with Daniel and the entire DEIC.
Daniel Fogel is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. He regularly advises professionals in the private and public sectors on a wide range of subjects related to provincial and federal labour and employment law. Daniel’s practice consists largely of defending employers in wrongful dismissal actions, human rights applications, grievance arbitrations, certification applications, unfair labour practice complaints and claims under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 and Canada Labour Code.
