Agatha Suszek

Agatha Suszek is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. She represents and advises employers on a variety of matters related to employment law and human rights. She regularly advises her clients on a number of workplace-related issues including privacy, discrimination, accommodation and discipline. Agatha serves a variety of clients including private companies and public institutions.

Agatha provides prompt, insightful and strategic advice, and has experience in dispute resolution and litigation matters. She has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board and various tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Agatha also has experience in drafting policies and procedures in the public sector.

Agatha received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. Before attending law school, Agatha received a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours with Distinction) from Queen’s University.

Outside of her busy practice, Agatha enjoys travelling and catching up on the latest issue of Vogue.
