Julia N. Ferreira

Julia Ferreira is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s London office. She practises in all areas of labour and employment law. She provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues.

Julia provides day-to-day legal advice on various issues. She has assisted multiple clients with drafting and amending policies to ensure minimum standards compliance. These have included absenteeism programs, performance management programs, health and safety policies, and violence and harassment policies. She has also drafted and amended employment contracts and independent contractor agreements and assisted with workplace safety investigations including with respect to workplace harassment, violence, and discrimination, and contraventions of occupational health and safety legislation.

Prior to joining Hicks Morley, Julia worked as an associate at a large, full-service law firm.
