  • considerations for imposing mandatory vaccination policies and enforcing such policies via disciplinary means
  • strategies for working with HR to navigate fundamental changes to employment contracts including determining whether employees should be asked to enter new or revised employment contracts
  • how to calculate temporary lay-off periods, and risks for employers with respect to employees who remain on temporary lay-off or infectious disease emergency leave
