Understanding the New Regulation: Executive Compensation Framework

Earlier this fall, the President of the Treasury Board Secretariat announced an Executive Compensation Framework that applies to all broader public sector employers in Ontario, including hospitals. Each hospital board will need to be in compliance with the regulation (i.e., complete all elements of framework development, consult and post a final framework online) before September 5, 2017.
