Cyber breaches are on the rise. The Law Society of Ontario, in partnership with the Ontario Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society, is hosting an informative Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program to help you learn how to prepare for and respond to a breach.
Tatiana Lazdins will be moderating a panel on the legal and regulatory overview of law governing data breach responses.
